Torje Sunde is a partner at Wikborg Rein and a leading expert in public procurement law, with a particular proficiency in procurement litigation. He has pleaded more than 200 cases before Norwegian courts at all levels, including high-profile procurement cases, and is admitted to the Supreme Court.
