About Anja Fanebust

Anja Fanebust is an associate at Selmer and specialises primarily in stock and securities law, handling complex transactions, including IPOs, equity financing for listed companies, and providing advice on ongoing obligations, disclosure requirements, reporting, and corporate governance. In her previous role in the listing department at the Oslo Stock Exchange, Anja was responsible for the admission of new companies onto all of Oslo’s marketplaces and assessing delisting applications, as well as handling the evaluations of continued listings and ongoing assessments related to transactions for listed issuers. She also supported the international team of Euronext with listings on other marketplaces within Euronext, such as Paris.
