About Ole-Andreas Torgersen

Ole-Andreas Torgersen heads Selmer’s competition law department and assists with competition law matters, including dispute resolution and litigation relating to competition law infringements, particularly for businesses. He has extensive experience in handling various competition law issues concerning a wide range of industries. Ole-Andreas holds law degrees from the University of Oslo and King’s College London, and he has an EMBA from Kellogg-WHU. He is ranked in competition law in Norway in several recognised international publications. Ole-Andreas acts as counsel for Daimler AG in the Norwegian follow-on damages proceedings related to the EU trucks cartel.
