About Craig Kenny

Craig Kenny is a partner in Maples and Calder’s real estate team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. He advises on all types of commercial real estate transactions, specialising in the acquisition and disposal of investment property (including multi-family and BTR schemes), commercial landlord and tenant, real estate finance, the property aspects of liquidations, receiverships and examinerships and the property aspects of corporate transactions. Craig has also acted on loan portfolio transactions where the loans are secured by commercial property.
