Ben Conroy
is an associate lawyer in the commercial property team at Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP, the Maples Group's law firm in Dublin. He advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including property financing and the acquisition and disposal of investment property. Ben also advises on issues of commercial landlord and tenant law, and has experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on leases from both a landlord and tenant perspective.
