About Anna Tujakowska

Anna Tujakowska joined Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak in 2008. She advises and represents clients in commercial arbitration cases in post-M&A disputes under the SA KIG, ICC, VIAC and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules with seats of arbitration in Warsaw, Vienna and Paris. In addition to her counsel work, Anna has extensive experience as a secretary to the ICC and UNICTRAL arbitral tribunals. She is on the roster of SAKIG arbitrators and sits as a sole and presiding arbitrator. She holds an LLM from Geneva MIDS with a thesis focused on the role of expert determination in international arbitration. Anna routinely publishes on arbitration matters.
