Agata Szeliga Partner, attorney-at-law; joined SK&S in 1998 and has been a partner since 2009. She specialises in new technologies, personal data protection, state aid, and public procurement. Agata has advised on cloud computing for many years, especially on its deployment in the financial sector. She also advises on AI and the sharing of data generated by devices or applications, handles sensitive data protection requests or complaints and helps review IT solutions from a privacy perspective. Agata is a member of the European Commission's Expert Group on B2B data sharing and cloud computing contracts.
