About Barnaba Skibniewski

Barnaba Skibniewski joined Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak in 2009. He specialises in handling complex infrastructural disputes – both litigation and arbitration. He is renowned for his pre-litigation advisory in construction and infrastructure projects and adept management of both FIDIC and non-FIDIC claims during contract execution, as well as resolving intra-consortium disputes. He has also significant experience in representing clients in intellectual property and labour law cases.
