Damian Ludwiniak is an associate at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. Before joining the firm in 2021, he gained experience in various law firms, commercial entities and non-governmental organisations based in Poznań. He is a lawyer in the IP department, with rights to provide legal services as an attorney-at-law. Damian specialises in IP protection, with particular reference to copyright law, know-how, unfair competition acts and the e-commerce market.
