About Ewa Skrzydło-Tefelska

Ewa Skrzydło-Tefelska is a senior partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak and advises on intellectual and industrial property law, advertising, life sciences, food law and EU law. She also specialises in international arbitration and advises on industrial property rights and the organisation of games and promotions. As a member of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance, she provides consultancy services as part of global promotional and advertising campaigns. Ewa advises on the global management of rights to trade marks, and speaks at international conferences on industrial property law, advertisement law and pharmaceutical law. She is head of the IP Law Department at the Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
