About Krzysztof Cichocki

Krzysztof Cichocki is a partner at SK&S, and head of the energy law department. His expertise covers energy law, public procurement and real estate law. He advises on construction and infrastructure projects, and has extensive experience in industrial (greenfield) projects in special economic zones. He also advises on real estate loan transactions and construction contracts (FIDIC and non-FIDIC), including public procurement procedures, as well as in administrative proceedings concerned with construction projects. Krzysztof is a member of the Energy Law Group.
