About Krzysztof Kanton

Krzysztof Kanton is a partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, where has led the firm’s competition law practice since 2008. Krzysztof has extensive experience of handling merger control notifications and representing clients in antitrust matters before competition authorities and courts. He also regularly advises on competition compliance issues. The numerous antitrust proceedings in which Krzysztof has represented clients before the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (OCCP) and the competition and appellate courts include high-profile cartel and dominance investigations. When it comes to competition litigation, he represents clients in private enforcement cases before the civil courts and has secured several precedent-setting decisions from the OCCP.
