About Jarosław Bieroński

Jarosław Bieroński has been a member of the SK&S team since 1993 and a partner and the head of the tax law practice group since 2000. His experience in representing clients in tax disputes before tax authorities and administrative courts, tax planning and solution implementation (M&A transactions, real estate, restructuring of enterprises, tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and management of taxes on wealth) is unique on the Polish market. He advises on taxation of the digital economy and new technology undertakings. Jarosław deals with civil and foreign exchange law, reorganisation of enterprises, and debt restructuring and is a member of the International Fiscal Association and other international tax organisations.
