About Justyna Kucia

Justyna Kucia joined Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak (SKS) in 2021 and specialises in dispute resolution ‒ both arbitration and litigation ‒ in civil matters. In particular, she has extensive experience in construction disputes. Her clients value her legal knowledge and technical skills in construction disputes. Prior to joining SKS, Justyna worked as an in-house counsel for a leading construction company, where she was responsible for independently handling disputes with clients, consortium members and subcontractors, and supervised the handling of construction disputes involving external law firms. She also worked as an associate at a boutique law firm specialising in arbitration.
