Maciej Gil is a senior associate at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. He joined the firm in 2017 and specialises in IT, AI, e-commerce and IP law, including industrial property, unfair competition and copyrights. He has experience in licensing, technology transfer, litigation and other IP/IT matters. Maciej also advises on IP and AI-related matters in M&A transactions. He is an author of several publications in the field of IP law.
