About Marek Oleksyn

Marek Oleksyn is a partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak and advises and represents Polish and international clients in matters concerning the protection of intellectual property, including trade marks, patents, designs, know-how, copyrights, databases and internet domain names. He supports entrepreneurs in matters related to combating unfair competition, drafts and negotiates agreements on the acquisition and licensing of intellectual property and R&D agreements. Marek provides support in technology transfer projects and in employee creativity-related issues. He has authored numerous publications on the aforementioned subjects and gives lectures at the Łazarski University, including for postgraduate studies.
