About Marek Oleksyn

Marek Oleksyn is a partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. He is a qualified Polish attorney-at-law and French Avocat à la Cour (Paris). Marek advises and represents Polish and international clients in matters concerning the protection of intellectual property, including trade marks, patents, designs, know-how, copyrights, databases and internet domain names. Marek is a UPC representative. He supports entrepreneurs in matters related to combating unfair competition, drafts and negotiates agreements on the acquisition and licensing of intellectual property and R&D agreements. Marek provides support in technology transfer projects and in employee creativity-related issues. He has authored numerous publications on the aforementioned subjects and delivers lectures at Łazarski University, including those for MBA and postgraduate studies.
