About Marek Oleksyn

Marek Oleksyn is a partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, and advises Polish and international clients on the protection of IP, including trade marks, patents, designs, know-how, copyrights, databases and internet domain names. He supports entrepreneurs in matters related to combatting unfair competition, and drafts and negotiates agreements on the acquisition and licensing of IP and R&D agreements. Marek provides support in technology transfer projects and in employee creativity-related issues. He has authored numerous publications on these subjects, and also lectures at the Łazarski University.
