About Marta Kupczak-Strzelecka

Marta Kupczak-Strzelecka specialises in media and telecommunications regulation, advising media companies, mobile operators and e-commerce clients on complex regulatory matters. She represents clients before Polish media and telecoms regulators and courts, including in freedom of speech disputes, licensing proceedings, spectrum refarming, digitalisation of broadcasting and 5G auctions. Marta supports major international and Polish clients in the application of EU and national regulations (EMFA, EECC, EAA, NIS2, DSA). She is a certified expert to the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications, a member of the New Technologies Law Association, and an author of numerous publications on media, telecoms and technology law.
