About Michał Zieliński

Michał Zieliński joined Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak in 2019, and specialises in criminal business law. He has extensive criminal law experience, both as an attorney for injured parties and as a defence attorney for the accused. Additionally, he has gained valuable experience representing clients in Supreme Court proceedings, as well as pardon proceedings. In addition to whistle-blowing and compliance matters, Michal has drafted procedures for ensuring compliance and protecting whistle-blowers, and participated in their implementation. He has been an approved Compliance Officer (ACO) since 2023.
