About Szymon Gogulski

Szymon Gogulski is a senior partner and head of the IP law practice at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. He advises on the protection of patents, trade marks, industrial designs, business secrets and copyrights, and has extensive experience in unfair competition issues and advertising law. He negotiates agreements concerning IP rights, and also deals with corporate and civil law issues. Szymon is an arbitrator in the Court of Arbitration for Internet Domains at the PIIiT and the PCC, and in the EU Arbitration Court. He has also been selected as an auditor of EUIPO's Community Design Invalidity Decisions under the SQAP programme.
