About Szymon Gogulski

Szymon Gogulski is a senior partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak and heads its intellectual property law practice. Representing clients in cases involving the protection of patents, trade marks, industrial designs, business secrets and copyrights, Szymon has extensive experience in unfair competition issues and advertising law. He negotiates intellectual property rights agreements, and deals with corporate and civil law issues. Szymon is an arbitrator and a member of several international associations active in the field of intellectual property protection. He has been selected as an auditor of EUIPO's Community Design Invalidity Decisions under the SQAP programme.
