About Sławomir Łuczak

Sławomir Łuczak has been an attorney-at-law and a partner in the tax practice of SK&S since 2007. He specialises in tax, customs and foreign exchange law. Sławomir has broad experience in international tax law and in representing clients in tax and customs matters before such authorities and administrative courts. He advises on tax matters in restructuring and consolidation projects, and currently also leads the Private Clients practice. Sławomir is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and Association Europénne d’Etudes Juridiques et Fiscales (AEEJF). He is involved in the work of the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA) in its two groups: the Tax Law Commission and Family Law Commission.
