About Tomasz Konopka

Tomasz Konopka is a partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak where he has overseen the white-collar crime and investigations team since 2013. As well as providing advice to clients who are victims of abuse such as fraud, theft, actions against company interests, forgery, money laundering, and cybercrime, he assists clients at risk of criminal liability (as a result of corruption, for example). In addition to providing advice on planning and implementing compliance procedures, Tomasz offers solutions to improve the security of businesses. He also has hands-on experience representing clients before law enforcement authorities and courts, both in Poland and throughout the EU.
