About Łukasz Wyszomirski

Łukasz Wyszomirski is a partner at SK&K, and head of the environmental protection department. He supports clients in preparing and implementing complex infrastructure projects, primarily in the energy sector, and in the acquisition/divestment of such projects. He advises at all stages of the investment process – ie, real estate acquisition, permitting and contracting (EPC, technology supply, O&M). He also advises on environmental and waste management matters, and represents clients in disputes in this area. Łukasz has authored publications on administrative law, was editor-in-chief of the newest commentary to the Act on Waste, and co-authored a commentary on the Administrative Procedure Code.
