About Olivia Mullooly

Olivia Mullooly is a partner in the Technology and Innovation group and head of the Intellectual Property team, advising on domestic and cross border intellectual property transactions and licensing, the protection, development and exploitation of IP rights as well as IP disputes and enforcement. She manages Arthur Cox’s trade mark filing and prosecution services and the application of intellectual property law to research, cultural and archival projects. Olivia also advises on data protection, information technology and cybersecurity as well as the negotiation of IT and commercial contracts.
