About Doreen Mescal

Doreen Mescal is a partner on the corporate team at Addleshaw Goddard working across a range of areas including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and shareholder arrangements. Doreen’s particular expertise is in venture capital and early-stage investment work, for both funder and investee clients across various sectors, most particularly in healthcare. Doreen has experience advising US listed entities and has worked on large-scale public transactions such as IPOs. Doreen is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and tutors on its Professional Practice Course. She is also a member of the DSBA and a volunteer solicitor with Free Legal Advice Centres.
