Deborah Kelly heads the corporate department at Addleshaw Goddard in Ireland. With 25+ years’ experience in corporate law, she is known for her expertise in M&A, private equity and complex transactions. She advises global businesses, institutional investors, private equity firms and high net worth individuals on strategic growth and risk. Recent work includes acting for Shorecal on its sale to Domino’s Pizza Group plc, Inflexion on Village Vets, Q-Park on Tazbell, and Tifco on multiple deals and restructurings. She also advised ASD & Thyme IT on its sale to Descartes. Deborah is a member of the Law Society, AIJA and the German-Irish Chamber.
