About John Darmody

John Darmody is a partner on the corporate team at Addleshaw Goddard and specialises in corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience advising clients across a range of sectors including telecoms, renewables, technology and energy. John advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, private equity fundraising and investments, joint ventures and inward investment projects. In the last year, John acted on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Medray Imaging Systems Limited. He also recently advised on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Airtraks Limited by Reinhard Mohn GmbH.
