About John Olden

John Olden is a corporate partner at Addleshaw Goddard Ireland with expertise in private M&A, venture capital, private equity transactions and partnership law. He advises on capital markets, equity capital market issuances, equity fundraisings and public company takeovers. He has continuously acted for Seroba Life Sciences, a leading Irish life science venture capital fund, since the establishment of the first Seroba fund in 2001, and most recently in relation to the establishment of the EUR100 million Seroba Life Sciences Fund IV.
