About Lorna Osborne

Lorna Osborne is a corporate partner at Addleshaw Goddard who advises on a wide range of matters within the corporate and commercial law practice area and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (including PE investments), corporate reorganisations and corporate governance. In addition to her general corporate practice, Lorna advises professional practices on mergers and acquisitions and advises on regulatory issues faced by professional practices. Lorna has written extensively on her practice area and is a regular contributor to the quarterly professional magazine of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (DSBA). She is the primary author of the recently published DSBA Specimen Asset Purchase Agreement.
