About Leonora Malone

Leonora Malone is a corporate partner at Addleshaw Goddard with over 30 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, cross-border transactional work and joint ventures for private companies. She also advises on company law and corporate governance, including corporate reorganisations, extraction of funds and assets, distributions and capital maintenance. In recent years, Leonora has advised Sonder Hospitality, Clear Channel, Moduslink, Inditex, Homefocus, the Mercantile Group, Glanmore Foods, Samworth Brothers and Edmundson Electrical. Leonora was head of the corporate department until 2018 and sat on the firm’s management board for ten years. She is also a member of the DSBA.
