Paul Martin is a managing associate in the Addleshaw Goddard corporate team in Ireland. He has experience advising Irish and international clients on a wide range of transactions, including M&A, restructurings, corporate governance matters and venture capital. He also advises on general commercial arrangements and has many years of experience advising on commercial matters. Recently, he advised CF Bidco Limited on its acquisition of Garlanna Holdings Limited, Teneo Restructuring (Ireland) Limited as liquidator of HHGL (ROI) Limited (In Liquidation) on the sale of assets to The Range (Ireland) Limited, and Upton Ryan Chartered Accountants on its integration into ETL Global.
