About Conor Keaveny

Conor Keaveny qualified as an Irish solicitor in 1998 and worked in two other top-tier Irish law firms before joining Dillon Eustace in 2006, becoming a partner in 2007. He acts for both lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of banking and structured finance transactions and has particular expertise in acquisition and leveraged finance, including acting for leading Irish banks as well as borrowers. He also lectures and tutors on banking law matters at the Law Society of Ireland and is an associate of the Irish Taxation Institute.
