About Keith Robinson

Keith Robinson is a partner in the banking and capital markets team at Dillon Eustace LLP. He advises on domestic and international financing transactions including portfolio sales, fund finance, real estate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, tax-based restructurings, structured finance and capital markets transactions. He also advises on regulatory matters relating to the provision of finance in Ireland. He has also advised the Irish government on the recapitalisation of the Irish covered banks and the restructuring of the Irish banking sector generally and the UAE government on the recapitalisation of the local UAE banks (both conventional and Islamic).
