About Jamie Ensor

Jamie Ensor became a partner in Dillon Eustace in 2016 and now leads its restructuring and insolvency offering. He acts for insolvency practitioners, secured and unsecured creditors, companies, shareholders and directors in all aspects of insolvency and corporate recovery, including examinerships, receiverships, liquidations and bankruptcies. Jamie also represents domestic and foreign banks as well as non-bank lenders in relation to security enforcement and distressed asset recovery actions. He has extensive experience in complex litigation before the superior courts arising from insolvency appointments. Jamie lectures and tutors on restructuring and insolvency law at the Law Society of Ireland and has contributed to a number of publications.
