About Julia Mullin

Julia Mullin trained with Dillon Eustace LLP, qualifying into the banking and capital markets department in December 2022. She has assisted on a range of banking transactions involving financial institutions and corporates, both Irish and non-Irish and has acted for lenders and corporate borrowers. Her experience and practice include assisting and advising on acquisition financings, loan portfolio sales and note issuances. She provides strategic legal guidance throughout complex financial transactions ensuring regulatory compliance. She is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
