About Russell Bagnall

Russell Bagnall has been a partner at Adams & Adams since 1998, and leads the patent and design litigation group. Russell mainly advises on pharmaceutical disputes between multinational originator and generic companies, as well as on licensing, distribution, and regulatory issues.
