About Colm Brussels

Colm Brussels is a senior associate on the tax team at Matheson. He advises multinational companies across a range of industries on corporate and international tax. He has particular experience dealing with contentious tax matters including litigation before the Tax Appeals Commission and the courts; competent authority and international tax controversy matters; and strategic advice on complex and contentious areas of tax law. In addition to his contentious tax work Colm also advises on the structuring of complex cross-border arrangements; reorganisations and transfer pricing. He regularly publishes in leading tax journals and is a qualified solicitor and chartered tax adviser.
