He also spent four years with the Central Bank of Ireland in roles focused on policy development and supervision, and spent some time in roles at regulated financial service providers, with a focus on risk and compliance. Ciarán’s background provides him with an excellent, holistic understanding of the regulated financial services market in Ireland.
