is a partner and head of the technology and innovation group at Matheson, as well as a member of the Irish funds fintech working group. She advises on all aspects of technology and e-commerce law, as well as outsourcings and contracted services, with a particular focus on the requirements of financial institutions and financial services providers. Anne-Marie also advises on a broad range of other areas, such as data protection, privacy and cybersecurity, including data subject access requests and security breach incidents. Anne-Marie has lectured on IT, data protection and financial services at the Law Society of Ireland and the National University of Ireland Maynooth. She has also authored and co-authored articles for several publications in the areas of outsourcing, data protection and fintech.
