April McClements is a partner in the Disputes and Investigations group at Matheson LLP and specialises in insurance disputes. She advises on the full spectrum of insurance disputes, in particular complex coverage disputes. She also advises on policy wording interpretation and drafting, D&O claims, professional indemnity claims (including any potential third-party liability), cyber and emerging risks, and subrogation/recovery claims. April manages large-scale complex commercial disputes, including high-profile Commercial Court litigation and arbitrations under international rules and domestic legislation. April has been involved in most of the precedent-setting insurance disputes in Ireland over the last number of years.
