About Emma Doherty

Emma Doherty is a corporate partner at Matheson and works with international companies to establish, expand and operate their businesses in Ireland. She advises clients on complex legal issues arising in international transactions involving Irish subsidiaries of foreign companies. She regularly leads group-wide multi-jurisdictional international restructuring projects and provides ongoing corporate advice and strategic counselling to clients. She is a member of the Company Law Review Group, an expert body that advises on the review and development of company law in Ireland. She is also a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Irish Tax Institute.
