About Enda Garvey

Enda Garvey is a partner in Matheson LLP’s corporate M&A group. He has extensive private equity experience and has advised on many of the most high-profile acquisitions and investments made by international private equity sponsors and infrastructure funds in Ireland in the past five years. Prior to joining Matheson, Enda worked in another Tier 1 Irish law firm. Alongside his private equity practice, Enda advises a number of infrastructure funds and domestic and international corporates on their corporate and transaction activity in the energy and infrastructure and agrifood and beverage sectors.
