John Adams is a professional support lawyer in Matheson’s finance and capital markets department. John has a broad range of experience in various aspects of banking and finance law. He has particular expertise in debt capital markets, securitisations, structured finance, loan sales, derivatives, financial regulation and syndicated lending. As well as extensive experience as a private practice lawyer working on transactions and other matters, John’s industry experience includes senior in-house legal roles at an Irish pillar bank.
