About Shane Hogan

Shane Hogan is head of Tax and head of Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution at Matheson. He has over 20 years’ experience advising multinational clients on corporate and international tax matters including transfer pricing and state aid. He has led on many of the most significant contentious tax mandates in the Irish market, including matters before the European courts, the Irish courts and the Tax Appeals Commission as well as on a range of key competent authority matters. Shane also advises on cross-border tax planning and corporate restructurings as well as mergers and acquisitions. He is a solicitor, chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser.
