About Simon Shinkwin

Simon Shinkwin is a senior associate in the EU, competition and regulatory law group at Matheson. His practice focuses on heavily regulated sectors and clients, particularly on merger control and foreign investment screening, behavioural competition issues and sectoral regulation. As part of his regulated sector practice, he advises on compliance with telecommunications, media, technology, life sciences, food and beverage and FMCG products on all aspects of the sector. He is a tutor in the Law Society of Ireland for trainee solicitors and contributes articles to leading international legal publications.
