Simon Shinkwin
is a partner in the competition and regulation group at Matheson. His practice focuses on heavily regulated sectors and clients, particularly on merger control and foreign investment screening, behavioural competition issues and sectoral regulation. As part of his regulated sector practice, he advises on regulatory compliance, investigations and all aspects of the product life cycle within the telecommunications, media, technology, life sciences, food and beverage and FMCG sectors.
