About Vincent McConnon

Vincent McConnon is a partner in the finance and capital markets department at Matheson. Vincent’s experience covers a range of structured finance work, including, substantial experience in various types of asset-backed securitisations, covered bonds, corporate bond issuances, collateralised loan obligation transactions, green bonds, project and infrastructure finance, loan portfolio disposals, noteholder consent solicitations, MTN programmes, securitisation terminations and other structured finance products. Prior to joining Matheson, Vincent worked in the securitisation practice of a Magic Circle law firm in London for several years.
