About Vincent McConnon

Vincent McConnon is a partner in the finance and capital markets department at Matheson. Vincent’s experience covers a range of structured finance work, including substantial experience in various types of asset-backed securitisations, advising in relation to the financing of alternative lenders, corporate bond issuances, collateralised loan obligation transactions, green bonds, project and infrastructure finance, loan portfolio disposals, noteholder consent solicitations, MTN programmes, securitisation terminations and other forms of structured finance products. Vincent previously worked in the securitisation practice of a Magic Circle law firm in London for several years.
