About Barrett Chapman

Barrett Chapman is a partner at McCann FitzGerald and practises across all aspects of construction law, focusing on both contentious and non-contentious work and on a broad range of construction-related matters. Barrett acts for some of the largest private-sector developers in the market, many backed by international private equity funds (including CBRE, Lone Star, M&G, Oaktree, and TPG) in the development of offices, retail and residential projects in highly sought-after locations. He also advises on numerous projects in the thriving life sciences sector in Ireland which has seen significant capital expenditure in recent years. Barrett has a sub-specialism in health and safety law, particularly workplace accident investigations.
