About Padraig Godfrey

Padraig Godfrey is a senior associate at McCann FitzGerald and advises developers, contractors, lenders, tenants, public bodies and consultants on contentious and non-contentious construction matters across sectors including commercial real estate, residential, data centres, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and energy. Padraig is experienced with RIAI, FIDIC, JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts, as well as development agreements, forward funding, fit-out contracts and collateral warranties. He has acted in conciliation, adjudication, mediation, arbitration, and court disputes. Previously, Padraig was in-house counsel for a major Irish contractor, working on projects across Europe and the Middle East.
