About Ronan Murphy

Ronan Murphy is a partner within McCann FitzGerald’s aviation and asset finance group. He has a wealth of experience in aviation finance, including acting for both sellers and purchasers of commercial aircraft, advising aircraft lessors in a diverse range of debt financing transactions, and on several aviation-related capital-markets deals. He also acts for aircraft lessors in their operating-lease agreements, in the establishment of aviation-related joint ventures and in servicing arrangements involving aviation assets. Ronan has also advised parties involved in significant M&A transactions involving Irish aircraft-leasing companies.
