He has previous industry experience and worked for Ibec lobbying on behalf of Irish companies on complex regulatory matters to Irish and European Union legislative bodies. Darran has a particular interest in regulatory law in an employment law context and corporate immigration. He has assisted in advising private and public companies on employment law matters, including injunctions, judicial review applications and matters before the WRC. Darran regularly contributes articles for publication and lectures in employment law. He regularly lectures small-business owners on employment law issues in various universities in Dublin.
